In mixture,

milk = (60+12)/2=36 lit

water=(60-12)/2=24 lit

Required ratio =36 : (24+10)=36:34=18:17

After first operation ,

Milk in vessel A= 60-12=48 litres

Mixture in vessel B= 28 +12=40 litres

Ratio of water : Milk in vessel B is =28:12=7:3

After second operation,

When 8 litre of the mixture taken from vessel B,

Water is taken 8*(7/10)=56/10=28/5

Milk is taken 8*(3/10)=24/10=12/5

Milk in vessel A=48+(12/5)=252/5 litres

Water in vessel B = 28-(28/5)=112/5 litres

Required ratio = 252/5 : 112/5 =63 : 28 =9:4
